That’s why we’ve paid 96.7% of all claims over the last 12 years and 92.4% of all claims in 2017, which means you can recommend us to your clients with confidence.
Because our members are at the heart of all we do, we created our discretionary Mutual Benefits programme in 2017. Mutual Benefits is one of the ways we are returning value back to our members, bringing their membership to life whether they claim or not.
