My situation was listened to and carefully considered before making any recommendations on products. I felt that you were completely transparent throughout the process giving me all the facts and allowing me the time and space needed to consider my options.
Ultimately when using a broker for a service people will generally buy from people and I can honestly say I would not have taken the two policies out had it not been for your advice and down to earth manner.
